Overview
TA Instruments, Division of Waters, is seeking a Tender Specialist to support sales of our analytical instruments. This position is office-based in Sesto San Giovanni (Mi), with 3 days off out of 5.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
1. Supporting tender management processes
2. Preparing required documents for the Italian Public Administration (DGUE, declarations, DNSH, bank deposit, tender terms and conditions)
3. Accurately filling out documents
4. Communicating with internal team members for timely document collection
5. Registering in customer portals and monitoring TA results
6. Collaborating cross-functionally (good communication, document updates, etc.)
7. Using CRM systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Maintaining CRM data
10. Handling ARIBA supplier requests
11. Creating PO & Vendor requests
12. Supporting sales teams
13. Managing inbound calls for TAI Italy and internal cross-functional communication
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent experience supporting sales organizations
2. Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience
3. Strong customer service orientation
4. Good knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/SFDC) is an advantage
