Engineer - Sensory Experience Validation
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Engineer - Sensory Experience Validation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or science, with experience in equipment and process validation. You should be able to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Implementing and leading validation activities to meet technical and business needs;
* Translating product designer DoE into testing protocols;
* Planning and communicating trial plans with manufacturing centers;
* Tracking project progress and providing timely updates;
* Producing accurate documentation that describes new products, processes, and systems;
* Identifying process optimization opportunities and providing support for cleaning assessments;

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in food science, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field;
* Meaningful relevant experience, preferably in the tobacco industry or multinational environment;
* Standard pack office IT skills, with experience in data management systems a plus;
* Knowledge of tobacco leaf, primary and secondary processing, flavor manufacturing a plus;
* A curious and agile mindset, with the ability to take the lead and propose new insights and solutions;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
* Ability to solve problems and think outside the box when needed;
