Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies. Group International Rewards, as part of Group Reward & Institutional HR Governance, is accountable for the definition and coordination at Group level of the specific reward framework and initiatives for broad based Group population (e.g. Group Share Ownership Plan; Gender Balance & Pay Equity etc.), within the Group People strategy. The team member will be the point of reference of some upcoming Group strategic initiatives (e.g. Group Performance Management: link with bonus approach/ agile reward; Ad hoc reward proposition for selected population; Benefit awareness etc.) and will actively support the management of the initiatives already launched (e.g. Group Share Ownership Plan; Gender Balance & Pay Equity). The position will bring ownership and accountability regarding specific strategic reward initiatives at Group level, which includes but is not limited to: - Design, implementation, coordination and monitoring of common standards and guiding principles applied throughout the Group for defined initiatives - Monitoring of the evolving regulatory framework, market best practice and investors recommendation - External consultants’ management for extra support and advisory - Data analysis and aggregation at Group level - Draft outputs and reporting differentiated for stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite) and to Investors / Market - Act as a point of reference for the Reward Council and HR community Must have - Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or other - At least 3-5 years of experience in Reward in multinational companies - Sensitivity for Investors & Market disclosure - Good presentation skills (e.g. PowerPoint) - Good numerical and analytical skills (e.g. Excel, Pivots, lookups, logical functions) - Experience in handling confidential information Soft skills - Passion and curiosity for HR and Reward, with willingness to take on a new challenge - Sensitivity for Total Rewards activities - Proactivity and willingness to do the extra mile with ownership - Critical thinker with ability to listen and to synthetize information with innovation - Ability to connect the dots - Ability to work as a team member (we look for pleasant person to work with) as well as independently, with human touch
