The Beyond team, specialized in hiring personnel benefiting from Law 68/99, is seeking a reliable resource to be hired as an HR/Receptionist in our Cremasco (CR) location. The job involves managing the daily activities of the office staff and other tasks related to administration. Additionally, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and handling phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering employee attendance, requesting benefits and communicating internally;
- Managing the reception area and greeting clients;
- Assisting with tasks related to human resources management.
Requirements:
- Beneficiary of Law 68/99;
- Full-time employment contract or temporary contract of 6-12 months;
- Knowledge of administrative procedures;
- Good communication skills.
