To expand our IT Team in Milan, we are seeking a Digital Engineering Specialist who will report directly to the Digital Engineering/BIM Manager and will be responsible for:
* Supporting the BIM Manager in implementing the BIM Management System.
* Participating in the drafting of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
* Defining procedures for the company's and project’s BIM Management System.
* Managing the CDE, users, training, and new functionalities in BIM projects.
* Validating models, quality checks, and model verification.
* Supervising deliverables and extracting data from BIM models.
* Providing support to engineering and BIM design activities.
The ideal candidate has a strong predisposition for innovation and passion for digital processes in the AEC and Plant sectors. They will work in a stimulating and dynamic environment, where they can enhance their skills and contribute to improving company BIM processes and supporting projects. The candidate, part of the Digital department, will be responsible for developing corporate BIM standards following the BIM Manager's guidelines.
Skills:
* Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a focus on IT and digitalization of design processes.
* At least 2 years of experience in BIM.
* Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform.
* Understanding of BIM processes for collaboration and coordination between disciplines.
* Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
* Dynamo scripting and programming knowledge are a plus.
* Preferred knowledge of Hexagon Cadworx, Aveva E3D, Hexagon Smart3D.
* Knowledge of ISO19650 and UNI11337 standards.
* Good operation and interoperability with Civil 3D.
* English level B2; Spanish is an advantage.
