We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team. As a representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests feel at home by providing exceptional personal service.
About the Role:
- Provide best-in-class personal service to our guests
- Handle check-in and check-out operations efficiently and effectively
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
- Offer information and assistance to guests regarding the hotel and local area
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
Key Qualifications:
- Tourism studies or degree in Hotel Management
- Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility in working early, late, and night shifts
- Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, with additional languages being an advantage
