Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and maintain LIST services as part of the Service Management Team in Pisa or Milan. You will help ensure operability and adherence to service levels while contributing to deployment, monitoring, and security activities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical installations and document technical details. A strong focus on incident reduction, problem solving, and customer inquiries will drive improvements and stability.

* Provide technical support/delivery capability for LIST services

Responsabilità
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer-related field preferred or equivalent
* 2/3 years' experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
* Professional knowledge of high-level protocols and IT communication systems
* Client-focused attitude
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
* EU Work Permit
* Location: Italy (Pisa or Milan)
