The Site Construction Manager is a critical role in the success of our projects. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
Key responsibilities include supervising construction site activities, verifying that subcontractors are proceeding in line with project documentation, communicating with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are achieved, and monitoring construction progress and providing regular updates.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or technical education, proven experience as a Site Construction Manager in air separation business and LNG preferably, and advanced organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schematics, and manuals, and flexibility to work in different environments. The successful candidate will also have valid certification in relevant fields, proficiency in using computer software and MS office pack, and ability to prioritize tasks.
