Healthcare compliance awareness is a must.Junior candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome.Reporting to the Brand Manager, we’re hiring a hands-on Digital & Social Media Specialist who loves shipping content, testing ideas, and using tools (including AI) to move faster—while staying compliant in healthcare.What you’ll doOwn day-to-day digital and social media operations: editorial calendar, copy, publishing, community moderationProduce and coordinate educational content, working with internal stakeholders and/or agenciesSupport paid performance initiatives (Meta/Google/TikTok where appropriate): creatives, A/B tests, optimizationsImprove landing pages and digital journeys (basic CRO mindset; coordinate with web/dev as needed)Support email marketing and automation workflows (segmentation, nurture journeys)Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and analysis—with strong quality control and compliance awarenessTrack and report key KPIs (engagement, traffic, CPL/CPA, conversion rates, sentiment, community growth)What you bring1–4 years of experience in digital/social or growth roles (portfolio is key—personal projects count)Working knowledge of analytics and ad platforms (GA4, Meta Business Suite/Ads, Google Ads basics)Writing skills and digital tasteItalian & English proficiency for international collaborationPrior exposure to regulated/healthcare environmentsWhat we offerPermanent contract + MBOFlexible, hybrid workDynamic environment in constant growthInternational exposureAutonomyThe possibility of making mistakes as part of the process of development and growth
