The next program commences in October 2026, comprising three international rotations across Amcor plants and offices in Europe. The contract location will be determined based on the successful candidate. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of RD systems, tools, and operational processes across Europe. /li liContribute to cross‑functional European projects with other functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, IT, Sustainability, Operations, Product Management). /li liInterface between business stakeholders and system/process owners to translate operational needs into structured, practical solutions. /li liAlign data and analytics initiatives with business priorities to enable fact‑based decision‑making. /li liSupport change management activities by preparing delivering documentation, training materials, and communication for new or improved systems and processes. /li liRotate across projects and focus areas within RD Operations to explore interests, develop strengths, and shape future career direction. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s/Honours degree in Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Data Engineering or Chemical Engineering. /li liEvidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities. /li liUp to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience in an industrial, engineering, RD, or operations environment. /li liFirst international study or work experience considered an asset. /li liExposure to cross‑functional projects, data analysis, or process improvement activities is an advantage. /li /ul h3Technical Analytical Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and structured problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to understand end‑to‑end processes. /li liInterest in IT systems and data, with basic knowledge of SQL, programming concepts, databases, and/or data modelling. /li liExperience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and/or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus. /li liProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is nice to have. /li /ul h3Personal Professional Skills /h3 ul liAbility to see the big picture and understand connections between processes, systems, and functions. /li liCuriosity, proactivity, and motivation to drive continuous improvement. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills in international, multidisciplinary teams. /li liDetail‑oriented, well‑organized, and result‑focused. /li liFlexible, adaptable, and ready to embrace change. /li /ul h3Language Mobility /h3 ul liFluency in English; other European languages are an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel and work abroad across Europe. /li liPermanent work permit in the EU. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pThe Amcor Graduate Program offers an 18‑month opportunity to further develop your skills and expand your expertise.
