The Group COO Governance and Communities Unit supports the Group Chief Operating Officer in managing the business agenda, coordinating regulatory impact, and strengthening the global operations community. It also oversees specific projects ensuring cross-functional and geographical alignment.
Within this scope, the Group COO manages the activities of the Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP), the ICT service provider for Generali Group.
The position is based in GOSP and involves the ICT Regulation & Process Analyst role, which includes project management responsibilities. The analyst monitors regulatory changes impacting ICT processes, analyzes processes, formalizes internal regulations, and coordinates management committees by:
* Monitoring regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and operational continuity
* Assessing and improving processes for regulatory adherence
* Aligning regulations to avoid overlaps and inefficiencies
* Supporting projects to adapt the operating model to new regulations
* Facilitating management committees by organizing content and reporting
* Collaborating with Operations units at Group and Local levels
* Managing the adoption and implementation of regulations within ICT processes
* Collecting and assessing regulatory information (e.g., GDPR, Data Governance)
* Supporting Internal Audit and implementing corrective actions
* Managing outsourcing contracts per policies
* Leading or participating in regulatory and process improvement projects
* Organizing management committee contents and reporting
* Acting as the contact point with Compliance, Finance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management
Requirements include a degree in Economics or Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience in multinational companies or consulting firms, fluency in English (CEFR B2), and strong relationship management skills. The candidate should be capable of reporting, working in international teams, and understanding regulatory documentation.
Skills required are an ICT background, analytical and organizational skills, independence, leadership, stakeholder management, and certifications such as PM, Auditor, COBIT, or ITIL are a plus.
