Position Overview
We are seeking educational staff for domiciliary assistance services. We are hiring EDUCATORE / EDUCATRICE for afternoon domiciliary assistance to minors in the areas of Figline Valdarno and Pontassieve, with a variable schedule based on service needs.
Responsibilities
* Observation and analysis of the family context, identifying and enhancing existing resources
* Promotion of family skills and daily educational support
* Supporting minors for their psychophysical well-being, fostering autonomy and relational skills
* Managing educational relationships with minors and their families, in collaboration with the service team
* Professional documentation and reporting, keeping the coordinator and involved services updated
Requirements
* Degree in Education Sciences (L-19), Socio-Pedagogical Educator, Psychology
* Own transportation
* Residence in the area
* Previous experience in similar services is preferred
