Ph3Overview /h3 pAn FD Supervisor is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Drink outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. /p h3What will I be doing? /h3 pAs an FD Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Drink outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An FD Supervisor will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: /p ul liOversee operations of Food and Drink outlets /li liMaintain exceptional levels of customer service /li liRecruit, manage, train, and develop the team /li liAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility /li liManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner /li liWork within budgeted guidelines /li liAssist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures /li liDevelop menus with other members of Food and Drink team /li liAccountable for monthly stock takes /li liIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue /li liDeputise for the Food and Drink manager in their absence /li liComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation /li liAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pAn FD Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
