PpbERS Test and Development Engineer /b /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe selected candidate will join the ERS (Energy Recovery System) testing team and will be involved in the validation and development of electromechanical components for high‑performance applications, with a specific focus on electric motors. Testing activities will be mainly carried out on btest benches /b, within a highly technological and innovation‑driven environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform functional, performance and endurance testing on ERS systems /li liDevelop and execute test plans in accordance with design specifications and company standards /li liAnalyze test data to identify anomalies, performance trends and improvement opportunities /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of electrical components within the powertrain system /li liVerify electrical and mechanical system compatibility /li liDiagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions /li liSupport Design and RD teams by providing technical feedback based on test results /li liContribute to the development of next‑generation electric motors through modeling, simulations and prototyping activities /li liPrepare and maintain technical documentation and test reports /li liEnsure compliance with safety procedures and company standards during all testing activities /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in bElectrical or Electronic Engineering /b /li liExperience in testing and validation of electrical systems, preferably in automotive or motorsport environments /li liStrong knowledge of: ul liEnergy Recovery Systems (ERS) /li liMotor‑generator technologies /li liPower electronics /li /ul /li liProficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters, data acquisition systems) /li liKnowledge of control systems, CAN communication and embedded system interfaces /li liMultidisciplinary approach (electrical, thermal, mechanical, control software aspects) /li liStrong teamwork attitude combined with autonomy and sense of responsibility /li liHigh motivation, goal orientation and strong focus on quality /li liFluent English; knowledge of Italian is considered a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work in a high‑tech Automotive/Motorsport environment /li liMetalworking Industry Contract, salary range €38,000 – €48,000 /li liInvolvement in highly innovative and technologically advanced projects /li liDynamic, stimulating work environment with strong focus on professional growth /li /ul pAnnuncio valido fino a: 30-Apr-2026 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
