DoubleTreeby Hilton Milan is excited to announce that we are now recruiting for our growing high-performance team. \r\n Situated in the business district of Milano Certosa, the DoubleTree by Hilton Milan is a brand of the Hilton portfolio and as a part of the front desk staff, you will have the opportunity to create a remarkable experience for every single guest. \r\n We are a team who come to work with a smile every day, because we love providing top-level customer service, we love people, and we love creating memorable experiences for world travelers. \r\n A Front desk Agent contributes to the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, you must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: \r\n· Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required \r\n· Ensure that the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments \r\n· Attend appropriate training courses, when required \r\n· Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties \r\n· Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities \r\n· Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit and payment policy \r\n· Follow company brand standards \r\n· The front desk agents serving Hilton hotels always work on behalf of our guests and collaborate with other team members.
