Ph3Position Description /h3pThe IT Network Analyst is responsible for the operational and strategic management of the local IT infrastructure, including maintenance of PCs and servers, user support, and resolution of technical issues. In addition to technical duties, the Network Analyst provides guidance and mentoring to junior IT staff, ensures alignment with global IT standards, and acts as a point of escalation for complex issues. The role requires collaboration with international teams and leadership in local IT initiatives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals. /liliProvide first and second-level technical support to users. /liliInstall, configure, and update client/server operating systems. /liliResolve incidents and handle service requests following IT best practices. /liliMonitoring the assigned ServiceNOW queues for incidents and requests /liliDocument the local IT environment: hardware, cabling, network, servers, and applications. /liliMonitor and maintain the local network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling). /liliCoordinate project initiation, manage execute active projects ensuring plans are in place and regular updates communicated. /liliApply basic cybersecurity principles (e.g., updates, antivirus, access management). /liliSupport data backup and recovery procedures. /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliTechnical diploma or degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems). /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT roles. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliGood knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and server). /liliGood knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. /liliPractical experience with remote management and ticketing tools. /liliBasic knowledge of cybersecurity principles. /liliExperience with virtualized environments. /liliAbility to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliProblem-solving attitude. /liliAbility to work both independently and in a team. /liliGood communication skills and internal customer orientation. /liliAbility to interface with senior stakeholders and influence decisions. /liliLeadership and team coordination skills. /liliPrecision and attention to detail. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills of both Italian and English. /li /ulh3Desirable (Optional but appreciated) /h3ulliTechnical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft). /liliBasic knowledge of Linux systems. /li /ulh3Remote Working Travel /h3pThis position is suitable for limited remote work and requires occasional travel to local and international company offices. /ppModine is an equal opportunity employer.
