We Are Hiring: Corporate Finance & Controlling SpecialistWe are looking for a Corporate Finance & Controlling Specialist to join our Group and support both corporate activities and our international subsidiaries.This role combines corporate financial governance with on‐site assignments abroad, ensuring alignment, continuity, and excellence across our global Finance organization.
Main ResponsibilitiesCorporate Finance & ControllingSupport and maintain the Group's core financial model, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelinesOversee accounting activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standardsMonitor and enhance financial and controlling processes across the GroupEnsure high quality, consistency, and reliability of financial dataAct as a key point of contact for ERP‐related topics (data governance, process validation, reporting accuracy)Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis at corporate levelSubsidiary Support (On‐site Assignments)Temporarily replace or support local Finance Managers or Controllers in Group subsidiariesEnsure continuity of financial operations during interim periodsSupport local teams in closing, reporting, and process alignment with corporate standardsAct as a bridge between Corporate Finance and local finance teams
Skills & CompetenciesDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldsSolid experience in controlling and accounting within a corporate or multinational environmentStrong understanding of financial processes, ERP systems, and data governanceAbility to quickly adapt to different organizational contexts and dynamic environmentsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plus
