Primary Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end order management for B2B channels, from order entry to invoicing and delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms;
* Monitor deliveries, check product availability, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment;
* Act as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, distributors, off-price partners, and retail stores regarding order status, product availability, and any commercial inquiries;
* Liaise with internal functions, including merchandising and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and high client satisfaction.
