Sustainability, quality, and safety guide every project, supporting our clients in reducing environmental impact.We are looking for an Offshore Engineer to join our team, contributing to the development and coordination of offshore and subsea engineering projects.The position is based in our Fano office, with involvement in offshore-related projects and activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Check & Review: act as the main technical point of contact for offshore feasibility studies, FEED, and projects. Review engineering documents, drawings, and reports to ensure compliance with international standards (DNV, API, ISO, ASME), client specifications, and industry best practices.Project Coordination: coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams involved in offshore projects, ensuring alignment across technical disciplines and adherence to project timelines.Design & Installation Support: support the engineering of subsea systems from early study phases through to offshore installation planning (SURF and subsea equipment).Systems Integration & Interface Management: manage technical interfaces between different project components, ensuring full integration of subsea and offshore systems.Tender & Proposal Support: collaborate with the Proposal Manager during bid and tender phases, ensuring understanding of the Scope of Work (SoW), preparing man-hour estimates, and providing technical input.Department Development: contribute to the growth of the offshore engineering function, supporting organizational development and coordination with external technical partners when needed.
RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Naval, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.Experience in the subsea and offshore sector, with exposure to design and/or installation of pipelines, risers (rigid and flexible), umbilicals, or subsea structures.Knowledge of international offshore standards (e.G. DNV, API, ISO, ASME).Familiarity with engineering analysis and design software used in offshore/subsea projects.Experience in tendering and bidding activities, including scope definition and man-hour estimation.Good command of the English language .
