We are looking for Brilliant Graduates with a MSC Degree in Political Science, Humanities, Management or Law for an HR Internship at our plant in Ornago. As part of the HR team, you will be getting involved in key and critical HR processes. - What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be _ - Support HR Office for Recruiting: job posting, CV screening, phone calls, interviews scheduling and Employer Branding - Support HR Office for Learning and Development as well as Performance Management initiatives - Support HR Office for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and Social Marketing projects - Assist HR Team in administrative tasks - Take actively part in ad hoc HR projects - Requirements & Preferred Qualifications_ - MSc degree in Political Science, Humanities, Management or Law - Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus - Excellent knowledge of English - Mastering IT tools - Knowledge of SAP Success Factor would be considered a plus - International Experience is a nice to have - Lateral thinking skills and analytic mind-set - Result oriented approach - Team working ability - VRV - Chart is an equal opportunity employer_ VRV - Chart Industries is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
