What you will do

• Advise and support on labour law matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with unions
• Ensure quality and compliance with local benefits and policies
• Drive improvements and propose policy updates
• Take ownership of incoming requests in our ticket system
• Support managers with individual employee cases
• Lead the review of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines in the factory, including compensation review guidelines (and negotiations) and benefits programs, working closely with the HR Country Representative and Reward Team.
• If not centrally handled, guarantee the quality and application of the benefits, with a focus on the blue-collar benefits package, and changes to the package
• Advises local regulations and updates where appropriate for role. Ensures compliance with local regulations including regulatory requirements on HR core processes and country specific regulatory training.
• Support managers in defining the roles to be resourced and coordinating with HR business partner Packaging Solution.
• Manage resourcing and recruitment process of Blue-Collar employees.
• Support payroll process by ensuring proper application of local law, collective agreements, reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours.
• Collaborate with Reward Team to manage timely and accurate payment of overtime and factory specific allowances
• Drive labour relations and acts as the main contact with local unions to manage labour relations issues, agreements and represent the company for all demands.
• Manage regular agreements, grievances, disciplinary processes
• Facilitates conflict management between managers and employees and recommends corrective actions
• Support managers with Performance Management of Blue-Collar employees in line with the process, WCM involvement and Factory Performance / KPIs
• Main contact with local government authorities, such as social security, labour Ministry and others.
• Represent the company in internal and external audits.
• Manage labour suits and government audits.
• Interact with internal and external lawyers. May represent the company in court.
• Facilitates factory/initiated termination process and secures legal compliance and governance.
• Support the training needs for the factory. Participate in (not lead) the WCM Training and Education pillar.
• Support local communication needs for the factory.
• Supervise management of temporary workers from agencies in collaboration with managers and SUM.
• Member of the factory management team, contributing to the overall factory operations and decision making.
• Member of the HR Country Committee.
• Support the Employee Engagement plan for the factory in connection with HR business partner Packaging Solution.
• Should collaborate with the safety effort of the site.

We believe you have

You are an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years in a similar role, ideally with a strong focus on labour law. You have solid knowledge of Italian labour law and proven experience in managing union relations. You combine business understanding with the ability to build trust and manage complex issues.

You are proactive, structured, and skilled at leading discussions at both individual and organizational levels. Strong communication skills and fluency in Italian and English are essential. A university degree in Labour Law or a related field is recommended. Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
