Location: Bologna (hybrid mode).

Responsibilities:
* Ticket collection and troubleshooting issues;
* Performing root cause analysis starting from the product;
* Estimating resolution times and coordinating with Project Managers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science;
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
* Knowledge of DOORS, Office, Polarion, Vector CANalyzer is preferred.
