PbThe Role /b /ppbr/ppAs a Partnerships Executive, your core mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure high-value programmatic advertising partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals, with a specific focus on driving revenue within Italy and establishing Tangoo as a dominant force in the international market. /ppYou aren’t just selling a product; you are architecting omnichannel strategies (CTV, Audio, Retail Media) that help our partners win. /ppbr/pbKey Responsibilities /bullibNew Business Development: /b Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities with direct advertisers and major agencies (e.g., OMD, Havas, WPP, IPG). /lilibExecutive Engagement: /b Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers to foster long-term strategic growth. /lilibEnd-to-End Sales Management: /b Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on outbound products and ensuring adherence to our ideal client matrix. /lilibStrategic Storytelling: /b Collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to build high-impact, data-driven pitch decks and omnichannel proposals (incorporating CTV, Display, Audio, etc.). /lilibProduct Advocacy: /b Act as a market expert, educating clients on industry trends and Tangoo’s unique AdTech suite. /lilibCRM Excellence: /b Utilize HubSpot as your “single source of truth,” maintaining 100% accurate records to enable data-driven acquisition strategies. /lilibCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Work closely with Pre-Sales, Media Planners, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless “Closed-Won” transition and successful campaign launches. /li /ulpbr/pbWhat Success Looks Like /bpIn this role, we look for performance across three pillars: /pullibRevenue Pipeline: /b Achieving growth in new proposals and converting high-value medium-to-large agencies. /lilibMarket Intelligence: /b Providing a strategic feedback loop to our Tech team to shape the next generation of AdTech tools based on field insights. /lilibOperational Mastery: /b Maintaining a robust, visible pipeline in HubSpot that allows for confident international growth forecasting. /li /ulpbr/pbWhat You Bring /bullibProgrammatic Expertise: /b A deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising. /lilibSales Acumen: /b Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and negotiating favorable commercial terms. /lilibLanguage Skills: /b Exceptional verbal and written communication in bEnglish /b; proficiency in bItalian /b is essential for this territory-specific role. /lilibTechnical Proficiency: /b Advanced skills in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. /lilibStrategic Mindset: /b Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value for clients. /lilibProactive Drive: /b A self-starter attitude with the ability to execute multiple outreach sequences monthly. /li /ulpbr/ppbAre you ready to accelerate our global presence?
