We are a leading contract manufacturing company in the cosmetics industry, specializing in the development and production of high-quality makeup products for international beauty brands. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Product Developer who is a native English speaker to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative makeup formulations and product concepts in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Manage product development projects from concept to final production
- Coordinate with R&D;, regulatory, production, quality, and sales departments to ensure project success
- Translate client briefs into technical and commercially viable product solutions
- Support shade development, texture optimization, performance testing, and product validation
- Participate in client meetings and presentations,
Requirements
- Native English speaker (written and spoken) – essential
- preferred previous experience in product development within the cosmetics, beauty, or makeup manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of color cosmetics formulations and makeup product categories
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
