At least 24 months experience in sports/fashion retail, with 12+ months in assistant store management Leadership skills Strong analytical and communication skills Understanding of Visual Merchandising Team development skills Ability to maintain store processes and handle interpersonal situations professionally Proficiency in English and MS Office Performance monitoring and KPI management Your Activities
