Your Responsibilities
As a Requirements Engineer, you will shape and validate the configuration logic and product changes needed for global product releases.
Your responsibilities include:
Specification, clarification and validation of product and system configuration rulesbased on Product Owner requirements, R&D; input, and commercial & supply-chain specifications for global product lines.
Review, prioritize and approve/reject product change requests, including clarifications for electrical components and system dependencies supporting Camos programming
Monitoring change management, following up Product Changes and Sprint implementation and supporting stakeholder communication within the Configurator team and across the end-to-end value chain
Extended testing of configuration changes(positive and negative specifications)
Propose and execute continuous improvementswithin the configuration environment
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
University degree or equivalent (Computer Science or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering oriented); minimum: Bachelor.
Proven experience in the elevator industry (or similar industry) —3+ years.
Strong analytical knowledge and understanding of configuration logics —3+ years.
Experience withCamos Developor similar configuration-modeling environment; SAP VC knowledge beneficial —2+ years.
Advanced knowledge of IT systems and good understanding of business processes related to offer and order fulfilment —2+ years.
Ability to communicate effectively across multicultural environments.
English —C2 (Proficient).
Qualifications That Will Strengthen Your Profile (Nice to Have)
Camos Develop and broader CPQ knowledge.
Experience with task & change management tools (e.g., Jira, PCM Integrity).
Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration and related SAP modules (MM, SD).
Familiarity with CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce or similar).
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
