Ph3Position Snapshot /h3 ul liNestlé, San Sisto Factory (PG) - European Hub of the Confectionery division /li liPermanent contract /li liNestlé welcomes people with disabilities /li liPreferably, a degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) or related technical fields /li liPreferably, proficient knowledge of Italian and English /li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 pYou will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of factory operations at the minimum level of unplanned stoppages by managing internal and external resources. /p h3A day in the life of a Factory Maintenance Manager /h3 ul liCreate and implement the appropriate maintenance strategy for the factory assets: production lines, facilities, industrial services /li liSupervise a team of 53 maintenance workers (mechanical and electrical engineers, industrial service engineers, technical storekeepers) /li liEnsure compliance with safety procedures /li liProvide support to production operators /li liReact to emergencies such as major breakdowns or utility disruptions /li liCoordinate external workers during major interventions /li liDevelop the maintenance budget, monitor and control maintenance expenditures /li liControl technical store working capital and service levels /li liEnforce the implementation of TPM methodology /li liCoach the technical team on breakdown analysis and enforce the culture of failure root cause elimination /li liProvide support during the installation of new assets /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 h3Skills and Qualifications required /h3 ul liPreferably, a degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) or related fields /li liMinimum 5 years as Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor in the food, pharma or consumer goods industry /li liExperience in supervising internal technical teams and subcontractors /li liParticipation in multidisciplinary teams /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to comply with internal and regulatory deadlines /li liPreferably, proficient knowledge of Italian and English /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications desired /h3 ul liExperience with confectionery equipment is a plus /li liExposure to TPM methodology /li liAbility to multitask /li liExperience in the start-up of technical equipment and/or production lines (preferably including industrial services supply) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
