Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
 1. Engineering, biopharma, scientific degree, or equivalent experience;
 2. Proven and solid experience in project management and engineering roles, preferably in GMP regulated environment;
 3. Fluent level of Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
 4. Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certifications, or other relevant certifications can be beneficial;
 5. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, to interpret data and make informed decisions based on metrics;
 6. Effective communication and presentation abilities, with experience in multiple stakeholder engagement and management in a matrix organization;
 7. Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and influence decisions.
