Your role encompasses all phases of software production, including functional analysis, architecture definition, technology selection, development, code versioning, and technical documentation. /p pYou may also be involved in the development of pilots or applications utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), as well as leveraging Office 365 platforms like PowerApps and Power Automate. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with colleagues from various departments and clients to help achieve project milestones. Additionally, you may work on specialized IT platforms and electronic devices, such as those used for train diagnostics. Your key responsibilities will include defining product requirements, engaging in technical discussions with suppliers, and managing product lifecycles in both national and international contexts. /p pAs part of the team, you will also take on training responsibilities, sometimes as a trainee and other times as a trainer. /p h3Educational Requirements /h3 pEducated to University Degree level. /p h3Essential /h3 ul liPassion and experience in software development. /li liProficiency in C# programming. /li liFamiliarity with the .NET/Framework ecosystem (WPF, Entity Framework, gRPC, Visual Studio, etc.). /li liUnderstanding of networking principles, architectures, and protocols. /li liBasic knowledge of software design patterns and models. /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems (client and server). /liliFluent in English. /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liKnowledge of Office 365 platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps. /li liFamiliarity with Linux operating systems. /li liUnderstanding of relational and non-relational databases. /li liKnowledge of the EN 50128 standard. /li liFamiliarity with railway systems. /li /ul h3Skills and Values /h3 ul liProactive attitude. /li liCuriosity about new solutions and technologies. /li liProblem-solving and Agile mindset. /li liTeamwork skills. /li liStrong relational and communication abilities. /li /ul pThe job position is based in Bologna or Bari, Italy. /p pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
