Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales in Puglia, Italy. Responsibilities Implement the company's sales plan, to achieve the sales targets; Work closely with our local partners; Search for target clients, build client pools and conduct direct sales, via phone calls, physical visits; Collect, organize and feedback information on target market; Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and transfer introductions, achieving sales growth; Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information. Minimum Requirements 1-3 years’ experience in direct sales; Must have experience in the olive industry; Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads; Passion for sales work, diligent and proactive; Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills; Fluent in the local language and English (writing, speaking, listening, reading); Driving license category B. Preferred Qualifications Experience in NIR, instruments, equipment, or related fields is a plus.
