Job Description
Essential for store operations, the warehouse operative is responsible for all delivery and storage activities to ensure optimal warehouse management.
Responsibilities
* Receive, process, and check incoming and outgoing goods.
* Arrange and label items, and verify anti-theft system setup in collaboration with the store team.
* Ensure proper sorting and placement of items in the warehouse according to company policies and layout rules.
* Verify product availability and replenish sales areas.
* Participate in inventory counts to safeguard company assets and profits.
* Manage customer order deliveries in sales areas during peak times to assist the sales team.
* Support product sales by providing good customer service.
* Actively participate in loss prevention activities.
Requirements
* Preferably experience in retail sector.
* Team player, organized, methodical, and meticulous; knowledgeable about the warehouse and products for efficient work.
* Ensure surveillance and organization for item control.
* Attentive, serious, with good stress management skills, especially during high influx periods.
* Interest in fashion, particularly sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
