We are seeking a Junior R&D Engineer to support product development and process improvement in the field of injection molding and material formulation.
This role is ideal for candidates with early‑stage experience in industrial R&D, especially within plastics or rubber‑related sectors.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D
* Educational background in :
* Mechanical Engineering
* Chemical Engineering or related STEM fields
* Experience in one or more of the following industries :
* Rubber Formulation
* Manufacturing industries involving polymer materials
Experience in medical devices is a strong plus
Technical Skills (Preferred)
* Knowledge of polymer materials (plastics / rubber)
* Familiarity with :
* Material testing and validation
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in Chinese, plus one of the following :
Trilingual candidates (Italian + English + Chinese) are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with China-based teams for R&D coordination
* Support product design, testing, and validation
* Assist in optimizing injection molding processes and material performance
* Prepare technical documentation and reports
