Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer‑obsessed Executive Assistant to support the C‑Suite Executive office and work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, experienced, and able to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion is critical when handling confidential information and dealing with senior executives. The successful candidate will complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency, and take effective action without knowing the whole picture. The role requires working successfully in a team environment and building effective relationships both inside and outside the group.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
- Orchestrate complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive tasks and appointments across time zones according to importance, urgency, and relevance, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing sensitive information with discretion
- Execute end‑to‑end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including multi‑city itineraries, client‑facing events, and team visits
- Lead the planning of events, including staff meetings, all‑hands meetings, executive off‑sites, team‑building activities, and supply ordering
- Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS/AmSec to drive best practices, implement solutions, and improve organizational efficiency
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables, ensuring on‑time completion of executive and team commitments and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with C‑level executive calendar management
- Experience effectively managing a substantial and time‑sensitive workload
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior‑level leadership support experience
- Experience with end‑to‑end project management
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
