Role : The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business developmentactivities in Europe
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team
TasksQualifications and experience:
Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders)Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executivesHighly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.Strong fit with the Company's culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction
RequirementsQualifications and experience:
Bachelor or Master's degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBAFluent in English, Italian and other european languages are an assetMinimum 10 years' experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry
