Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.Receive briefs and work collaboratively with the Bellissima and SAMY teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.Event Coordination: Provide leadership and support during events and brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and the brand.Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.Legal and Financial Management: Oversee all legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Continuously identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.Skills: Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the Italian influencer landscape.Languages: Italian native, English full working proficiency (written and verbal).Have work permit in Italy and live in Milan.
