Responsibilities
* Provides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams
* Administrates all operational HR processes including organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits
* Supports HR and Business Leads in local training and development matters
* Coordinates and administrates recruitment process and supports HR and Line Managers with the pre-qualification of candidates, incl. 1st. round interviews
* Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday) and coordinates interface with external providers
* Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations
* Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes and standards based on needs and requirements
* Completes essential administration tasks

* Regional / BU HR Director / Global HR functions (task related)
* Local Leadership Team(s), Managers and employees
* Workers Council, Unions
* Local Service Providers, e.g. Software companies, training providers, Tax consultants
Qualifications
* Professional education in business administration or similar education
* 2 or more years' experience in business administration as a (Junior) HR Generalist or in a similar function
* English language skills
