For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for an AI and Data Business Adoption Lead to join our Artificial Intelligence and Data Team. The person will report directly to GC&C Global Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data in Central Team.Joining GC&C means becoming part of a fast‐growing business within a leading global corporate insurance group. The AI & Data Business Adoption Lead plays a pivotal role in GC&C's data & AI transformation, driving the identification, prioritization, and delivery of high‐impact initiatives that translate strategic ambitions into measurable business value.By leading and managing a portfolio of strategic projects, coordinating cross‐functional teams, and engaging senior stakeholders across GC&C's countries, the role acts as a catalyst for change. It embeds advanced capabilities into everyday business processes, ensuring disciplined execution, strong adoption, and clear accountability. The outcome is consistent, scalable performance and tangible value delivered across the organization.Main responsibilities:
Identification and prioritization of AI & Data opportunities, in collaboration with GC&C functions, based on solid business cases with measurable KPIsCoordination of initiative implementation and management of the product portfolioCollaboration with Generali Group AI factory and hands‐on exposure to the global Insurtech and AI ecosystem, working with industry‐leading and emerging technology playersFoster adoption and performance of initiatives, ensuring visibility on progress, obstacles, and enablersReporting, dashboards and presentations for senior managementContribution to change management initiatives and the promotion of an excellence‐driven mindset across the Generali GroupBuild a community through sharing success stories and best practicesCollaboration with local and global teams through workshops and working sessions to define and validate opportunities
Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines3–5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, transformation, product management or consulting (preferably in insurance/financial services)Solid understanding of fundamental AI and Machine Learning concepts, GenAI, data and cloud architectures (nice to have)Ability to build AI agents leveraging the most advanced solution in the market (e.g., Anthropic, MS Copilot) to support business adoptionAbility to build business cases, KPIs and value‐realization metricsStrong command of PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plusAvailability to travel across EU and UKExcellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholdersProactive, well‐organized, implementation‐oriented approachCollaborative mindset, ability to facilitate workshops and work with cross‐functional teamsAnalytical thinking and problem‐solving skillsAbility to operate in complex, international, and multi‐country environments
