For a prestigious group internationally recognized for excellence in luxury tailoring we are seeking a
Senior Pattern Maker
The individual will be the point of reference in the creation and development of patterns for suits, outerwear, and leisurewear, ensuring impeccable fit and alignment with the highest standards of luxury tailoring.
Translating style sketches into manual and digital patterns.
Managing and updating the base block library (jackets, trousers, coats, outerwear).
Using 2D CAD software (Lectra, Investronica, Gerber), and preferably 3D platforms.
Collaborating with prototype lab and production teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
7–10 years of experience as a pattern maker in men's luxury apparel.
~ In-depth knowledge of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured suits, coats, jackets, made-to-measure trousers, and high-end leisurewear.
~ Proficiency in 2D CAD software and knowledge of 3D (preferred).
~ Ability to balance creative vision with technical rigor.
Willingness to travel frequently for business (nationally).
HQ: Central Italy – Presence at the company headquarters is required, along with the availability for frequent national travel.
