Nature and aim of the position The Sales & Marketing Strategic Analyst reports to the Sales & Marketing Senior Analyst and collaborates with CMD, Sales & Marketing teams to provide consistent reports, analysis, and insights supporting strategic commercial decisions. Main duties and responsibilities Internal reporting to monitor trends in the Commercial Portfolio (Account, Key Account, Currency Choice) and identify areas for improvement; Preparation of basic periodic reports such as Insight, Commission Report, and simple ad hoc analyses; Development of advanced periodic reports like Business Overview, Weekly Dashboard, and DCC Dash; Supporting high-level requests for CEO meetings, SBR, Sales Meetings, MPA, and creating special dashboards, TFS-ATM; Marketing support, including content creation (infographics), data analysis for press, webinars, and events; Supporting Currency Choice data analysis to assist the payments team; Skills Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell compelling data stories; Good communication skills to present ideas clearly and concisely; Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Proficiency in tools: advanced Excel, Power BI, MicroStrategy; Ability to communicate effectively at various levels internally and externally; Business-oriented mindset; Organized, rational, adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn; Problem-solving abilities. Reporting and collaboration The position reports to the Sales & Marketing Senior Analyst and collaborates with: Managing Director; Sales Manager, Head of KAM, Marketing Sales Manager, Head of Payments, GB Lounge Manager; Sales team; Finance and Administration. Background and Education University Degree; Good command of English; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or previous internship; Self-motivated with strong relationship skills; Marketing background is a plus; Knowledge of retail and digital sectors is advantageous.
