Ph3PLANT CONTROLLER /h3pFor a company, part of a multinational group, operating in the production of injectors, pumps, and valves with applications in the naval, railway, and power plant sectors, we are looking for a: /ph3MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3ulliDevelop an understanding of the cost structures and establish cost models. /liliMonth, quarter and year-end closure activities / actual results against budget-forecast-PY / PL analysis. /liliPrepare budget and rolling forecast according to local / central requirements. /liliReporting package. /liliDetailed cost analysis (volumes, variable-fix costs, yields, variances, OWC and capex) /liliProduct calculations. /liliTariffs calculation based on cost driver and key allocation. /liliDevelop and ensure that standard costs are accurate and meet the cost improvement objectives set by Operations. /liliOVH spending suitability. /liliMargin analysis by product. /liliKPI’s elaboration required financial metrics to meet. /liliWork closely with manufacturing and warehousing leadership to ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurate and timely. /liliPerform frequent walk-throughs of local manufacturing site with Plant Manager to address production and costing issues. /liliBusiness partner for Operations, Engineering, and other relevant functional leaders, provider of important information and analysis to drive decisions. /liliEnsure inventory management program accuracy is effective and timely, analysis of inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to ensure they meet ISC/Operations targets. /liliAssure overall financial performance with expectations. /liliEnsure ongoing proper transactions and controls are in place in the facility so that accurate costing and profit analysis can be performed. /liliData collection and analysis maintenance. /liliPrepares, administers and monitors plant procedures. /li /ulh3COMPETENCES: /h3ulliDegree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, Business School. /liliPrevious working experience in the manufacturing industry/environment. /liliIT skills: MS office, ERP, MRP package system, PBI. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
