1. Coordinate, collect data and prepare/update Project business plans, capex/cash flow budgets and forecasts, with attention to timing and respecting deadlines.
2. Report variances and analyze financial performance against the budget.

4. Oversee the preparation of internal and external financial reports, with attention to public incentives' reporting (compliance).
