Bachelor's level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years' post-related experience. Alternatively, the lack of a Bachelor's level qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to the Agency, and include at least 6 years' extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in technical and non-technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers particularly in trying circumstances.Knowledge of specialised training/learning management IS.Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience in managing the delivery of training to operational audiences using a range of instructional techniques.Good knowledge and previous experience on the implementation of the Instructional Systems Development (ISD).Experience in Information Systems management.NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 879.80, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract.
