We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join the dynamic team of Seed To Skin Tuscany. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and smooth collaboration with laboratories, suppliers, and operational teams, while maintaining the highest standards expected of a luxury skincare brand.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Develop and manage detailed production plans aligned with sales forecasts and business objectives.
* Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with timelines.
* Manage the production budget and monitor operational costs.
* Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when needed to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
* Ensure production processes meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Supervise batch documentation and production records.
* Support internal and external audits when required.
Who you are:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a production or operations role, preferably within cosmetic or skincare industries.
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain processes, and supplier coordination.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
