As Director of Finance, you drive the hotel’s financial control and liquidity, partnering with senior leadership to enable profitable operations. You lead a finance team to uphold accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting. You influence decision‑making and risk management while safeguarding assets and ensuring statutory obligations. You work across departments to align financial strategy with the brand’s luxury hospitality standards. Retribuzione / Benefits
* Manage and develop the finance team to optimize hotel profitability and guest experience
* Lead treasury function to manage working capital and cash flow per MOHG guidelines
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Review management forecasts/budgets with General Manager and MOHG management
* Maintain legal, treasury, tax documentation and statutory reporting requirements
* Monitor economic, social and governmental trends affecting financial objectives
* Ensure adequate controls for asset protection and insurance coverage
* Establish credit and collection policies within industry guidelines
* Oversee internal and external audits and participate in Risk Management Committee
* Carry out duties as requested by General Manager or MOHG management
Responsabilità
* Proven experience managing finance operations in luxury hospitality environments
* Strong knowledge of local tax laws, regulatory compliance and internal controls
* Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
* Experience with hotel‑specific financial systems is a strong advantage
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of safety, environmental, and building regulations
* Effective problem‑solving and organizational abilities
* Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration
* Flexibility to handle emergencies and varied shifts
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
