What does the role involve?
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international and multidisciplinary team composed of experts from various sectors. This experience will help you gain a global and integrated vision of projects, improving your communication and collaboration skills. Working alongside professionals of different nationalities and backgrounds will foster an open mindset and help you better understand team dynamics in an international setting.
The BiM Hilti Internship Program will let you experience Hilti's most innovative integrated design services provided to its clients. You'll learn to use advanced tools and methodologies, actively contributing to effective and sustainable solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the project, from planning to implementation, acquiring valuable skills for your professional future.
You will join a structured training agenda which will allow you to carry out your daily tasks but also to discover many other relevant topics and activities and You will have the opportunity to live few “a day in the life” of different professional roles: Field Engineer, Account Manger and others, in order to deeply understand the different roles available in Hilti.

What do we offer?
You will join a s tructured training agenda which will allow you to carry out your daily tasks but also to discover many other relevant topics and activities and You will have the opportunity to live few “ a day in the life” of different professional roles: Field Engineer, Account Manger and others, in order to deeply understand the different roles available in Hilti.
What you need is:
1. Min. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering/architecture
2. Excellent knowledge of Autocad, knowledge of Revit or similar software is a plus
3. Basic knowledge of construction and building envelop trade
4. Fluent in both English and Italian language
