The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations. This role provides hands‑on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the accounting and finance function, provide leadership, direction and guidance to the operations team. /li liAct as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to the management team. /li liManage all financial / operational accounting activities including monthly accounts, balance sheet, cash flow statement, flash figures, payroll, cash management, costing and budgeting. /li liGuide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures. /li liDirect the monthly accounting close process on a timely basis. /li liLead the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks. /li liOversee all audit and internal control operations. /li liPrepare financial reports in accordance with corporate requirement. /li liAssist Department Heads to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations. /li liCollaborates directly with the General Manager METT Milan Torre Velasca and VP Finance Sunset Hotels Resorts to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years’ experience as Finance Manager in hospitality /li liStrong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English /li liSolid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools /li liKnowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS /li liProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendations /li liExtensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary /li liDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More : Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /li liCareer Growth Opportunities : Your professional journey is our priority.
