Orienta SpA ricerca per azienda multinazionale di abbigliamento casual un/una: CUSTOMER SERVICE Main responsibilities related to Customer Service activities: - Support OTC Team on daily/weekly activities: - Check courier site for refused deliveries - Send request to release orders to credit controller - Check Sepa DD rejection - Prepare situation orders blocked for Sales - Back up in case of holidays of the OTC team for order management activities - Prepare dunning letter - Manage customers Requirements: - Previous experience in Retail/Apparel industry - Tools knowledge: - Outlook/Teams - SAP - Office (excel, word) - Acrobat Reader - Languages (good level) - Italian - English Si offre: Contratto a tempo determinato di un anno, full time.
