Senior PPC Specialist At Diesel’s Milan headquarters, we are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with strong technical and analytical expertise to lead paid campaigns on a global scale. The candidate will join the E-commerce Department, reporting to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and Criteo; Use Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage and automate large-scale campaigns; Monitor KPIs, create in-depth reports, and provide strategic insights on performance, customer journey, and ROAS; Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate paid activities into omnichannel strategies; Run A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance; Contribute to the development of strategies for new markets and international audiences; Build new synergies with internal and external teams and stakeholders; Bring innovation and propose new tools and/or innovative approaches. Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns; Strong command of SA360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Programmatic Advertising; Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (a plus) or Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager; Background in fashion / luxury / e-commerce is highly valued; Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of working with large datasets; Fluent in English, native or advanced Italian.
