MW Gestion is seeking a part-time junior administrative assistant (maternity leave replacement) for its representative office in the heart of Milan.

MW Gestion is active in the free provision of services in Italy, Luxembourg and Great Britain.
Description of the position:
We are looking to hire a part-time junior assistant, to help with the running of our representative Milan office.
Tasks will include administrative and secretarial duties, reimbursement of expenses, updating prospectuses and presentations, handling correspondence and communication with depositary banks in Italy.
The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate who wants to enter the world of work and starts building his/her career.
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and company needs.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular focus on Excel and Outlook
* Good level of spoken and written Italian, English and French (mandatory)
* Excellent communicative and organizational skills
* High level of confidentiality
* Ability to deal with multiple requests and meet regular deadlines
* Prior experience in office work is appreciated
