Senior Quality Construction Supervision Engineer – Responsabile Qualità Senior Infrastrutture Civili – Roma (RINA)Competitive salary: EUR 50,000 – 70,000 per year.MissionThe role focuses on managing construction activities to ensure they comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements, and that they are completed on time and within budget, coordinating the work of construction teams and subcontractors.Key Accountabilities
Define and implement the Site Quality Plan in accordance with corporate standards and client requirements.Coordinate inspection and testing activities to verify that construction work complies with approved drawings and specifications.Identify, report and manage non-conformities. Propose corrective and preventive actions and ensure follow‐up.Maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), checklists, and test reports.Conduct regular internal audits to verify the implementation of quality procedures and identify areas for improvement.Monitor subcontractor activities for compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Liaise with the client's quality representative to align on procedures, inspections and acceptance criteria.Prepare periodic quality reports summarizing inspection results, audit outcomes and quality KPIs.Ensure that all materials used on site comply with project requirements and are accompanied by relevant certifications.Promote quality awareness among site personnel and deliver briefings on QA/QC topics when necessary.
EducationMaster's Degree in Civil Engineering.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in site QA/QC activities on construction projects.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality standards.Certification as Quality Engineer or Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a strong plus.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making.Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally.Skills and strategies to interact effectively with others.Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise.
